Olives and herring are often present on any festive table. You can combine these products and cook delicious herring under a fur coat. I recommend not to tamper the layers too much, they are airy - they turn out tastier and softer.

Peel the herring, gut and cut into small pieces.
Chop onions and olives with a knife. Grate the remaining vegetables on a coarse grater.
Put the herring, onion and potatoes in layers on the dish. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Next add olives and carrots. Again pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Put the beetroot on top and smooth it with a fork. Decorate the salad with patterns of mayonnaise, parsley, beetroot flower and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
