Ingredients
- Funchosa - 200 g
- Tofu - 200 g
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Celery root - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse under running water.
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Mix tofu with soy sauce, sprinkle with ground pepper and set aside for 10 minutes.
Grate carrots and celery on a special grater.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu for 2-3 minutes.
Mix the funchosa, tofu, shrimp, celery and carrots.
Separately mix rice vinegar, salt, spices and remaining oil.
Pour the dressing into the salad and mix. You can add green onions or roasted peanuts.
