I really like vegetable salads, but even more I like to diversify them with some additional ingredients. For example, I want to offer you this option with smoked sausage and quail eggs!
Ingredients
- Smoked sausage - 150 g
- Quail eggs - 4-6 pieces
- Lettuce - 0.5 beam
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Soft cheese - 120 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes after boiling, cool and chop.
Finely chop the soft cheese, and thinly – sausage.
Chop the vegetables to taste, add the olives and put everything on the lettuce leaves.
Season the salad and drizzle with olive oil.
