- Eggplant - 3 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplant into cubes, place on a baking sheet and bake until soft at 200 degrees. It will take 20-30 minutes.
Mix vinegar, vegetable oil, crushed garlic, honey, coriander and both types of pepper.
Mix the eggplant with the dressing and let it brew for at least 2 hours.
