Salad bowls will appeal even to those who do not like salads. They can be mixed or beautifully put the ingredients separately – they are good in any way. Today I want to share with you a variant with chicken, pineapples and avocado.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces
- Pineapple - 160 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - piece
- Corn - 150 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Nuts (chopped) – 1 handful
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender. Season with olive oil and turmeric.
Cut chicken fillet into cubes, roll in curry and fry.
Cut the avocado into plates, cherry into quarters, and pineapple into cubes. Chop the bell pepper.
Put all the ingredients in deep bowls. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
