Ingredients
- Ham - 200 g
- Peking cabbage - 0.5 head
- Grapes - 200 g
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the Peking cabbage and thinly slice the ham.
Wash the arugula and grapes, lay out the salad beautifully.
Sprinkle all the pumpkin seeds.
For dressing, mix butter, honey and Dijon mustard.
