Someone calls such vegetable pancakes draniki, someone pancakes. It seems to me that it does not matter at all, especially when it comes to such a delicious and healthy dish. Also very fast – it's enough just to chop zucchini with pumpkin and mix everything.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate the pumpkin, zucchini and onion on a grater. I prefer the smallest, but you choose at your discretion.

Squeeze the vegetables from the excess juice and add the egg.

Mix the mass well, add salt and flour with baking powder to it.

Fry vegetable pancakes on both sides until golden and put on paper napkins to get rid of excess fat.
