- Potatoes - 500 g
- Minced meat - 450 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the minced meat with spices, form small meatballs and fry them until browned.
Cut all the vegetables into medium pieces and mix with olive oil. Season it too.
Put the vegetables and meatballs into the mold. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
