Oddly enough, curd casseroles are rarely made with chocolate. And I've never understood why. So I propose to break this trend, and try this wonderful recipe of homemade treats for the whole family.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Bananas - 300 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Cocoa - 20 g
- Starch - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop bananas with cottage cheese in a blender. Dilute cocoa and starch in warm milk and add it here.
Add sugar, sour cream and eggs, and mix everything until smooth.
Put the mass into a mold and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
