When you don't want to waste time warming up the oven and preparing the molds, you can just fry the cottage cheese casserole in a frying pan. I suggest adding apples in two types at once – grated into the dough and fresh slices when serving.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2-3 art.l.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with sour cream.
Beat eggs with sugar, and combine both masses.
Add one grated apple, and then put the dough on a greased frying pan.
Cook the casserole on low heat for about 25 minutes under the lid.
Serve with a second sliced apple.
