Omelet can be prepared with different fillings. I like it best with bacon and fried mushrooms. Nothing complicated, but in the end the dish turns out to be very tasty and satisfying. Some fresh vegetables, herbs and a healthy breakfast is ready!
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk - 4 tbsp.l.
- Greenery (any) – 2 twigs
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 20 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Champignons - 100 g
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the mushrooms and bacon.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms until tender. Sprinkle with salt and nutmeg.
Mix eggs, salt, ground pepper and milk. You can use a fork or a whisk.
Add soda and finely chopped herbs. Stir the mass again.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up.
Pour in the prepared mixture and cook for 1.5 minutes over medium heat.
Turn down the heat, cover with a lid and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
Put the omelet on a plate, add the mushrooms and bacon on one side. Fold the omelet in half.
