Dijon mustard is a ready–made marinade, and it would be strange not to use it. I suggest baking pieces of mackerel with carrots in it. The fish acquires a very unusual piquant taste, and you can bring it to perfection with the help of your favorite spices.

- Mackerel - 1 piece
- Dijon mustard - 2-3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Carrots - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the peeled mackerel and randomly chop the carrots.
Rub the fish with spices and Dijon mustard on all sides.
Put everything on foil, sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with oil.
Wrap and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
