If you need something simple, but at the same time quite satisfying and original - this potato casserole will be just such an option. For it, you will need pre-prepared mashed potatoes and a little minced meat to taste.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the potatoes until tender and turn them into mashed potatoes with butter.

Let the puree cool down a little and beat an egg into it.

Finely chop the onion and fry until golden.

Add the minced meat, fry until tender and season.

Layer half of the mashed potatoes, minced meat, mashed potatoes and grated cheese again.

Cook the casserole in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
