Such a hearty casserole will easily feed even a large family. At the same time, it is a lean vegetarian recipe, so it will suit everyone without exception. Only rice, cabbage, tomatoes, and nothing superfluous.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the rice until tender.

Thinly chop the cabbage and lightly fry.

Add the chopped tomatoes and fry for a couple more minutes.

Mix vegetables with rice, season, add flour and put everything in a mold.

If desired, garnish with tomatoes and put the casserole in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
