Chop the onion and mix it with minced meat and rice. Add salt to the mass and beat it carefully for viscosity.

Form small meatballs and send them to a baking dish.

Arrange the frozen vegetables around. Any favorite mixture will do, or you can just cut fresh ones.

Pour all the milk so that it almost completely covers the meatballs.

Cook the dish in the oven for about 40 minutes at 150-160 degrees.

Drain most of the milk and simmer it with flour until thickened. Pour back into the mold and bake the meatballs for another 10 minutes.
