Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Greenery (any) – 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes, dry them and peel them.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces of the same size.
Add ground pepper, salt, oil and garlic passed through the press.
Mix well, cover with cling film and set aside for 10 minutes.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the potatoes and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sprinkle the finished potatoes with chopped herbs.
