Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1.3 kg
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.l .
- Grainy mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, except the ribs themselves.
Marinate the ribs for 1-1.5 hours at room temperature.
Put them in a baking sleeve and cook in the oven for an hour at 200 degrees.
