With this recipe, everyone can feel like a skilled pastry chef! An appetizing pie turns out even for those with an oven on "you". As a cargo for baking the base, I advise you to use peas, beans or other similar ingredient.

Grate butter on a grater.

Add flour, sugar and grind with your hands to fine crumbs.

Add cold water, lightly beaten egg yolks and knead the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out the cake according to the diameter of the mold, taking into account the height of the sides.

Sprinkle the form with flour, lay out the dough, cover with baking paper and pour hot beans.

Bake the workpiece at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

In a deep saucepan, mix cream, sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over low heat and turn off.

Add the nuts and mix.

Remove the blank from the oven, remove the load and fill the recess with the prepared filling.

Bake for another 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
