Defrost puff pastry at room temperature.

Roll out slightly, moving the rolling pin exclusively in one direction.

Cut out two round cakes according to the diameter of the mold, taking into account the height of the sides.

Grease the mold with butter, lay out the first cake.

Spread the jam evenly, sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Cover the top with a second cake and seal the edges tightly.

Melt the remaining butter and grease the cake with a silicone brush.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
