Will we turn zucchini into pineapples? No magic, just use this recipe. Zucchini really turns out to taste similar to canned pineapples. If you add them to salads, the difference is almost not felt. Budget and unusual, I recommend!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the zucchini, peel it, carefully remove the seeds with a spoon, cut into cubes.

Place the prepared zucchini in a cooking pot, pour pineapple juice, stir and bring to a boil over high heat.

Then turn down the heat, add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Once again, mix everything well and, with minimal heat, boil the workpiece for 30 minutes.

Put boiling zucchini with a slotted spoon into pre-sterilized jars, pour pineapple syrup. Seal the jars tightly, turn upside down and cool. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool, dark place.
