Ingredients
- Lingonberries - 400 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort and rinse the lingonberries, and chop them with a blender or a pusher.
Add sugar, stir and bring the mass to a boil.
Boil for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Add pepper and other spices to taste.
Rub the jam through a sieve, bring it to a boil again and boil for another 10 minutes.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
