Somewhere I heard that physalis jam with orange turns out very tasty. I didn't have a proven recipe, so I got this recipe by trial and error. Now I share it with you, so that you also please the household with this yummy.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the physalis well to remove the wax layer from it. Then pass it through a meat grinder and cover it with sugar. Leave it on for 20 minutes so that it lets in more juice, and at this time prepare the oranges.
Wash the oranges, separate the zest and veins. Cut the orange slices into small pieces and send them to the physalis. Mix well and put it on the fire to cook.
When the jam boils, add citric acid to it and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour into sterilized jars and roll up. Store in a dark, cool place and eat with tea.
