Borscht dressing greatly facilitates the process of cooking borscht. After spending a little time in autumn, in winter you will cook your favorite fragrant first dish in a matter of minutes. Open the jar, add to the finished broth and boil for 15 minutes. Your borscht is ready!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash and peel the vegetables. Chop the cabbage, grate the beets and carrots on a coarse grater, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, chop the onion.

Combine the prepared vegetables in a cooking pot, add water, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. Stir and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

A couple of minutes before cooking, add vinegar, stir and remove the pan from the heat.

Pack the hot borscht dressing into sterile jars, roll it up, turn it upside down, wrap it up and leave it to cool completely. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool, dark place.
