For the first time I tried this recipe on the advice of one of my friends. Zucchini really turns out to be as delicious as cucumbers. They can be served on the table as snacks, added to salads, soups, pasta and sandwiches.

Cut the zucchini into small pieces.

Put the umbrellas of dill, black pepper, currant leaves and cherries in jars.

Add the coarsely chopped garlic and place the zucchini tightly.

Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave for 20 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and boil for 2 minutes.

Add vinegar, remove from heat and pour marinade into jars. Roll up and turn upside down.
