I like to cook delicious preparations of fresh vegetables for the winter, and lecho of zucchini with tomatoes is one of my favorite dishes. This recipe does not require sterilization, so it is very simple and quick to prepare. Ready-made lecho can be served as a side dish or used in other dishes.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put tomatoes through a meat grinder.

Add butter, sugar, salt and spices to taste. Bring to a boil.

Put the randomly chopped vegetables into the tomato.

Simmer the lecho for about 40 minutes on low heat.

Pour vinegar into it and roll it into scalded or steamed jars.
