Peel the tomatoes, chop them finely and put them in a deep saucepan.

Cut carrots, cucumbers and peeled onions.

Pour sugar and salt into a saucepan with tomato mass. Cover with a lid and boil for 15 minutes.

Add chopped vegetables, citric acid, oil and cook for another 20 minutes.

Spread the lecho into sterilized jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
