On the one hand, berry jam is difficult to surprise. On the other hand, what if this berry is a grape? It's much more original this way, isn't it? But because of the large amount of juice, it does not thicken well. But this issue is easily solved by adding pectin.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the grapes, cut in half and remove the seeds.

Cover the grapes with sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

Beat the grapes with a blender.

Mix the pectin and 2 tablespoons of sugar, add to the grapes and bring to a boil again.

Pour in the vinegar and boil the jam for another 5 minutes. Roll it up in sterile jars.
