Many people associate milk soup with sweet rice or pasta dishes. But, in addition, you can cook it with meat, vegetables and even seafood. Today I propose to try a simple and delicious recipe for milk soup with chicken.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Bell pepper (green) – 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 800 ml
- Milk - 1,5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet, peeled potatoes, carrots, bell peppers and onions.
Pour the meat into a saucepan, pour in water and cook for 20 minutes after boiling.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.
Add the bell pepper and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
Add potatoes and hot milk to the pan with meat. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the roast, add salt and turn it off after 5 minutes.
Pour the soup on plates and add ground pepper.
