Applesauce, cooked according to this recipe, turns out to be more tender than tender. It is ideal for pancakes and cheesecakes, oatmeal porridge and cottage cheese. Children will be especially happy with such a treat! Just choose high-quality, proven, and preferably homemade condensed milk.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the apples, peel and core, cut into small pieces.

Place the prepared apples in a cooking pot, add water and simmer over low heat under the lid until soft, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula (about 15-25 minutes, depending on the variety of apples).

Add sugar, stir and boil for another 5 minutes.

Beat the softened apples with a blender until smooth puree.

Add condensed milk, mix well and, stirring, boil everything together for another 5 minutes. Adjust the amount of condensed milk added to your taste.

Pour boiling applesauce into pre-sterilized small jars, seal tightly and cool. Transfer the cooled workpiece to a cool, dark place for storage.
