Homemade blackcurrant juice contains the maximum amount of vitamin C and preserves the beneficial properties of berries. A delicious and healthy drink is simply necessary in winter to maintain immunity! Before serving, I advise you to dilute the juice a little with boiled water.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pick the currants and rinse them under running water.

Use a juicer to squeeze the juice from the berries.

Pour the juice into a cooking pot, add sugar, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Pour the boiling juice into pre-sterilized jars and roll up. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them up and leave them to cool completely. Store the cooled blackcurrant juice in a cool, dark place.
