I like to cook for the winter, and one of my favorite preparations is jam made from juicy and fragrant pears with lingonberries. Today I want to share a recipe that I get every time perfectly! Very convenient, because without additional sterilization.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the pears. Cover with half of the sugar.

Pour the second half of the sugar over the lingonberries and leave everything overnight.

Bring the lingonberries to a boil, boil for 5-7 minutes and add the pear.

Bring to a boil again and add cloves.

Cook the jam for another half hour on low heat.

Roll it into jars scalded with boiling water or steam.
