Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.

Scald lemon with boiling water, peel and chop.

Put both blanks in a saucepan, cover with sugar and leave overnight at room temperature.

Wash dried apricots, pour boiling water and cover for half an hour.

Drain the water, chop the dried apricots and pour them into a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients.

Bring to a boil over low heat, boil for 10 minutes and turn off. Repeat the procedure twice, observing breaks lasting 4-6 hours.

Arrange the hot jam in sterilized jars and roll it up.
