If you cook homemade ketchup at least once, the desire to buy sauce in the store will definitely disappear. Very tasty and fragrant, this ketchup is even possible for children! To potatoes, shish kebab, any side dish - yes, whatever your heart desires! The recipe is simple, and the ingredients are affordable.

Wash tomatoes and chop coarsely, peel apples from seeds, cut into slices. Finely chop the onion.

Peel both types of pepper from the seeds. Cut the Bulgarian pepper into arbitrary pieces, chop the chili pepper.

Place tomatoes, apples, onions and bell peppers in a cooking pot, put on fire and simmer for 20 minutes after boiling.

Remove the workpiece from the heat and beat it with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Wipe the resulting vegetable puree through a sieve.

Put the mashed mass back on the fire, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, removing the foam.

Put the cloves, black and allspice in a gauze bag, lower the bag into the sauce and continue cooking.

Add chopped garlic and chili pepper, salt, sugar and ground cinnamon to the sauce, pour in vinegar. Boil the workpiece again.

Remove the spice bag from the pan! Pour ready-made hot homemade ketchup from tomatoes and apples into prepared sterile small jars, seal tightly, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely.
