Wash the plums and pierce them in several places with a needle.

Place spices and plums in sterilized jars.

Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add butter, sugar, salt and boil for 2 minutes.

Pour lemon juice and boiling marinade into jars. Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
