Additional sterilization ensures better preservation of workpieces. But if you do everything right, and before that properly process the cans, you can do without it. I tell you how to properly roll up plums without unnecessary difficulties.

Ingredients

  • Plums - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 2 glasses
  • Citric acid - 1 tsp.
  • Water - 2 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the plums into halves, put them in sterile jars and pour boiling water over them.

Leave for 7-10 minutes and drain this water into a saucepan.

Add sugar and bring it to a boil again.

Add citric acid to the syrup, pour the plum and roll up the jars.
