Here comes the season of fresh fruit! By all means make them more delicious preparations for the winter. Among other things, cook thick jam-five minutes of apricots. I'm telling you an excellent recipe that I've been using myself for many years.

Mix the pectin with 100 g of sugar and put it aside.

Disassemble the apricots into halves, peel the seeds and pass through a meat grinder.

Add the remaining sugar, stir and boil for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside for 1 hour.

Put the pan on the stove and boil again for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside to cool for 1 hour.

Bring the mass to a boil for the third time, add pectin with sugar and boil for 5 minutes.

Arrange the jam in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
