Onions and carrots are most often used in classic lecho recipes. This is generally a standard addition to most vegetable preparations. But sometimes you want to do without them, and someone just doesn't like and doesn't eat onions. I share a recipe specifically for such cases.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the tomatoes and chop them in any way.

Add butter, sugar and salt, and boil the tomato for 15 minutes.

Chop both types of pepper and send it to the tomato. Simmer for half an hour on low heat.

Add chopped garlic and vinegar. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Roll up the lecho in sterilized jars.
