If you think that cooking classic kharcho requires some special culinary skills - it's not so! Moreover, the recipe is easy to simplify, and this is the option I offer you today. Simple, but just as delicious kharcho soup!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the beef into pieces, fill with water and boil until tender – about 1.5 hours.

Chop the onion and fry for a couple of minutes until soft.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely. Send half to the onion.

Simmer the vegetables for 5-7 minutes.

Put the chopped potatoes, rice and remaining tomatoes into the boiling broth. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Add the roast and spices, and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Add garlic and herbs to the kharcho, and let it brew a little.
