This pickle is very far from the classic, at least because tomatoes go into it. In addition, I prefer to cook it on the basis of rice cereals. Otherwise, the recipe is not too different. I'll tell you more later!
Ingredients
- Meat broth - 1.5-2 l
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Fig - 80 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into strips, diced potatoes, grate carrots, and chop onions.
Add potatoes and rice to the boiling broth, cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add the bay leaf and carrot and onion, cook for another 10 minutes.
Peel and finely chop or grate the tomatoes.
Send tomatoes, tomato paste and cucumbers to the pickle. Season to taste.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
