Do you want to have a delicious soup for lunch? Then rather read this recipe! I offer a very simple and delicious way to cook a spicy lagman with pork. For convenience, we will use ready-made noodles. Adjust the sharpness to your liking.
Ingredients
- Pork (collar) – 400 g
- Noodles - 300 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onion - 4 of the stem
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.l.
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the prepared pork, vegetables and green onions.
Heat the oil in a cauldron, pour in the pork and fry for 8-10 minutes.
Add onion and carrot, continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add the bell pepper, potatoes, cumin and black pepper peas. Fry for 8 minutes.
Add tomato paste mixed with 100 ml of hot water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in hot water and continue cooking for half an hour.
Add salt, turn off the heat and cover for 10 minutes.
Separately in salted water, boil the noodles until tender.
Arrange noodles on plates, add soup with meat and vegetables. Sprinkle generously with green onions and ground red pepper.
