- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 500 g
- Cinnamon - 1 wand
- Ginger (grated) – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut off the gooseberry tails, cover it with sugar and leave it for a couple of hours or overnight.
Add cinnamon and ginger, and bring everything to a boil.
Boil the workpiece for 30-40 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
