These mushrooms have earned popularity with their amazing aroma and light nutty taste. Can you imagine how delicious the pickled cheese will turn out?! I'm telling you a recipe that an experienced mushroom picker once shared with me.

Ingredients

  • Raw food - 2 kg
  • Bay leaf - 4 pieces
  • Allspice - 5 peas
  • Vinegar - 120 ml
  • Sugar - 1 art.l.
  • Salt - 4 tbsp.l.
  • Water (filtered) – 1 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort out the raw teeth and rinse thoroughly. Cut large mushrooms.

Fill with cold water and put aside for 1 hour.

Change the water, add a little salt and boil for 20 minutes.

Put the raw nuts in a colander, rinse and leave to drain.

In a separate saucepan, boil water with spices, sugar and salt.

Add the mushrooms and simmer for 20 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, put it in clean jars and roll it up.
