Another interesting variant of the popular vegetable dish. Lecho in Belarusian is prepared without the addition of vinegar. I choose the ripest, sweetest and juiciest tomatoes for him. If you can't find them, add a little sugar.

Peel tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Mince tomato slices, peeled onion and garlic.

Chop the hot pepper together with the seeds.

Mix everything, add salt, oil and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

Put the hot lecho in sterilized jars, roll it up and turn it upside down. Banks will warm up better if you wrap them with a warm blanket.
