Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Mustard powder - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into circles.
Peel the garlic and onion from the husk and chop in a blender.
Mix everything in a deep saucepan, add mustard powder, butter, sugar and salt. Cover with a lid and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Arrange the vegetables in jars and pour the resulting juice.
Sterilize for 15 minutes, remove from the pan and pour a little vinegar into each jar.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up with a thick towel.
