Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut it into cubes.

Fry the vegetables in oil until golden brown.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them in a blender.

Peel and slice the onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Fry the onion and carrot in oil for 5-7 minutes.

Add tomato mass, ground pepper, salt, sugar and garlic passed through the press. Simmer everything together for 10 minutes.

Add the fried zucchini and simmer for 20 minutes.
