Chop the cabbage, mushrooms and peeled onions.

Fry the onion in oil until transparent.

Pour in the mushrooms and cook until excess moisture evaporates.

Add cabbage, spices, sugar, salt and water mixed with tomato paste.

Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, remove from the heat and close in the prepared jars.
