The easiest way to prepare blueberries for the winter is to dry or freeze. You can go further and pickle them in jars. And you can go even further and cook such wonderful caviar. Moreover, it's quite simple!

Pick the mushrooms and boil for 20 minutes in boiling water.

Flip them into a colander and chop them in a meat grinder.

Chop the onion and carrot, and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Peel the tomatoes and pass them through a meat grinder with frying.

Mix everything with mushrooms, add salt and spices to taste, and simmer together for half an hour.

Add vinegar to the caviar, simmer for another 5 minutes and roll into sterile jars.
