- Nightshade (black) – 1.5 kg
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through the nightshade. Add sugar, lemon juice and a couple of tablespoons of water.
Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Let it cool down.
Repeat the previous step 2 more times.
Boil the jam for the last time for 3 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
