- Gooseberry - 3 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
- Agar-agar - 25 g
- Water - 150 ml
- Citric acid - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Agar-agar pour hot water and put aside for 10 minutes.
Chop the gooseberries in a blender and rub through a sieve.
Mix the resulting puree with sugar and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Add citric acid, the billet with agar-agar and boil for another 3-5 minutes.
Spread the hot jelly in clean, dry jars, roll up and turn upside down.
