Ingredients
- Beet tops - 3 beam
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Water - 1.5 l
- Vinegar - 6 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the tops, cut them arbitrarily and put them in sterile jars.
Add chopped garlic and vinegar.
Boil water with salt, pour into jars and roll up.
